I simply can’t get over how kind and thoughtful the staff at Lexus Of Tucson is. Every time I call in, or bring my vehicle in for maintenance they jump through themselves to make sure I am in and out as quickly as possible, and they treat me with a healthy dose of respect every time. I can’t see myself buying a vehicle for myself or my family at any other place in the world but Lexus Of Tucson. Kudos to the entire team!

World Class Customer Service!
I went to the parts department today to price out some new floor mats. Good price considering this is a dealership. These are an exact fit for my car as well.
As always, the customer service here is excellent. What I mean by that is every member of their team are polite. You wish your own children were this nice. They demonstrate the desire to truly want to help you and satisfy customer needs.

Richard LAKE, service representative, was terrific in managing my 1999 Lexus LX470's fuel pump replacement. It failed late on a Friday following an 8 hour drive from NM.
They got right on the diagnosis following a Monday morning tow, ordered the part and fixed me up by noon the following day. This Lexus dealership and Richard epitomize Great Customer Service. Thank you!!!

This was probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car. Christopher Andrews, my salesperson, was professional and patient. He made me feel so relaxed during the whole process. I signed the paperwork with Richard Morreale, who explained things thoroughly, but got me in and out of his office in a timely manner. Christopher went over the features of the car with me and I was on my way with a dozen lovely roses.

Chris Bowman is the most respectable salesman there is!!! So I found a car I want but I'm in Phoenix and it's in Tucson. It's a European luxury brand at fair price but I can't visually inspect it before my purchase. Needless to say I'm worried about paying anything without a test drive and inspection.
